Hi, I'm not sure if i am posting in the right section, i am new to this.

Basically me and my partner have decided to separate for good. we have both agreed on it amicably.

Our situation is we are living together.

We are both sleeping in separate rooms the last 3 months,

    We have a child togethor.

we have a joint mortgage on the property.

I pay all the bills and mortgage payments,

My ex partner is out of work and looking after our child full time.

I want to move out and she wants her own space too.

The child is settled in the house and the area and so is the ex.

I cant find a place to rent for one and two I cant afford to rent on top of the mortgage and bills I'm paying on the house i am in now.

My ex partner has no income at the moment,

My question is what can she claim from the social welfare now that we are separated.

Basically if a cant find a place to rent does she get noting.
