I have a Company and started employing my daughter since June 2022 to help me out with some of the office work and she is quite good. I pay her about €200 a month for about 28 hrs work a month . My Daughter is 15 years of age and I was wondering if I could give her the Small Benefit Exemption .

    Regards,

Don't see why not, assuming you've properly registered with PAYE for her employment and all that. Not sure that there would be much benefit to it, though; if you just wanted to give her a tax-free gift, as she is your minor dependent child such gifts would generally be exempt from CAT anyway unless they are unreasonably extravagant. Giving her one gift through your company doesn't really accomplish anything unless you were just looking to use it as a business expense on your books or something (in which case you should probably run that by your accountant first to make sure there aren't any issues with your plan).
