Is Concentrix a good company to work for?

    I am currently on the lookout for a new job. My background is in customer service. I have applied to multiple companies this last week, I received an email from Concentrix asking if I'm still interested to arrange an appointment. I checked the reviews for this company online and I am unsure as it seems very mixed. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    I’d stay well clear 🙈 they were okish at the start, I mainly left because the constant abuse from the customers on calls was too much to deal with. However they didn’t pay me for my last month, they also did this to a girl who left around the same time as me. We rang and emailed them so many times and they’d reply and say they are dealing with it but then they’d just ignore us so we never ended up getting our final pay. Looked online at reviews and they seem to do this to a lot of people, you don’t get your final pay cheque.
