A friend is thinking of handling is notice Just a couple of weeks from completing 2yrs at company. If ahe decides to hand in notice this week, does the company stop paying the pension? In her contract, company has the right to stop paying benefits at anytime. Her notice is 4 months, so after serving this, she will be able…

A friend is thinking of handling is notice Just a couple of weeks from completing 2yrs at company. If ahe decides to hand in notice this week, does the company stop paying the pension? In her contract, company has the right to stop paying benefits at anytime. Her notice is 4 months, so after serving this, she will be able to take employee pension contribution that's assuming they continue to pay it after notice.

She's not leaving on bad terms, but uts quite a chunky pension.
