Music lags behind video speech OK?

Here's a weird problem that I thought I sorted once but has returned and I can't remember what I did last time.

The symptom on something like BBC Planet Earth Frozen Planet II is that the video is OK the dialog is OK but the background music is sort of slow and out of tune.

Anyone got any ideas?

Are you using a soundbar connected to the TV?

Thanks, no sound bar, that would be too easy. The strange thing is any dialog is fine. Its like the dialog and music are separate channels and one is working OK and the other isn't. I seem to remember last time this happened I found a setting that was to do with subtitles that changed it. Why that would do anything makes no sense when it seems much more likely to be something to do with decoding or quality of signal - which is fine.

If you go to settings - audio settings.

You get a choice of

Stereo

Mono

Surround.

Try different settings, stereo should be fine.

Also on your TV you have

PCM

Compressed

Select PCM.
