    Hello

Would love to hear from people working for pharma companies in dublin about their experiences generally

there are a couple out my way (south county dublin) and I’ve seen jobs I’d like to apply for but worried that the culture will be you have to work long hours. I’d be in an office based support role so not on shift work

I’m currently in a much smaller company (less than 100 people) and thinking about what the culture of a larger US multinational might be like

There is no reason why, just because it's an American company, you'll be expected to work long hours.

You'd probably find it just the same culture a your current job.

There are some benefits to working for a multinational, probably paid health car, sickness benefits and profit sharing come to mind but it very much depends on the company.
