Has anyone had anything like this happen before?

I found the line hanging from a tree on the road, nearly drove into the damn thing. I contacted the emergency plant works to come out so someone didn't crash into it.

They were out Wednesday night late and they cut back the cable and tidied up the area. Nobody has been out since.

My provider is aware of the issue and told me it should definitely be fixed by Friday (just gone). It's a business connection.

I'm starting to think this is going to take weeks to fix. The 3G/4G is completely useless here. I'm screwed.

The line was fixed today, on the 3rd business day.
