Reliability: Mercedes CLS vs Audi A7

Which car is more reliable and would last longer without any significant issues?

Both are 2020 models.

As petrols I'd say the CLS, as diesels I'd say the A7 😁. A spoiled vote for you.

I'd say one isn't going to be any more or less reliable than the other. A7 is based off the A6 while the CLS is based off the E Class.

I'm gonna say the A7 but then I've had one (2012) for the last year and a half. I did look at the CLS at the time but despite its exterior bulk, I found the interior to be very cramped.

I've ran an a6 for a few years and my brother has a current model e class. Nothing of note went wrong with either of them

A7 and CLS just the fancier versions of them I've heard no horror stories about any of them

My last car was a CLS and I would have another one no problem but when I was looking to change, I was very much considering an A7.

Depending on what age you are, the A7 is probably seen as a 'younger person's car'. Interior is great (as is the CLS).

Its a tough choice and to be fair - you can't make the wrong choice with either (in my view).
