Hi All, wondering can someone in the know help me on this. I have seen a position advertised in Public service but is for a 3 year fixed contract. Im very keen at this stage to get in to Public service after a brief stint many years back. But Im wondering if I leave my long term position now (private sector), could I be easily let go at the end of this new contract? (If I was lucky enough to get the job btw!)
