Hi, I am looking at properties on sale in the Royal Meadows/Village Green part of Kilcock. One of the houses has a pyrite free certificate after extensive work to the property. Am I right in thinking that all other properties in the estate would therefore have pyrite too. Should I avoid if they cant produce a pyrite free cert?
