Perspex cut to size in Dublin?

Any suggestions where I can get perspex supplied and cut to size for shed windows. Also if I want it to be one way how do I do that. Mirror wrap or something.

Get polycarbonate not perspex (acrylic).
One way is physically impossible, although tinting will help.
