Civil Service Clearance

    In relation to the clearance for an interdepartmental comp in the CS, what does the self declaration form request? On my application form for the position I omitted a role from 2 years ago with my current department in a different location. It only lasted two months before promotion, can I add it now on the self declaration, or does the form only ask for your latest department?
