Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

First home scheme help

    Hi,

    So on the First Home Scheme application, how has anyone been registering the address and prices of new build phases?


    If I understand it correctly you need an exact address and price for the prospective house but you probably won't have this unless you put down a deposit for which you'd also require full proof of funds for? Is this a flaw on the design or are people being vague with exact details? I'm not understanding this 100% and the agents on the First Home website were unhelpful.

    I assume where appointments are gone instantly from new phase release emails that the scheme will not be of much help?
