I need to make repairs to a garage dating originally I think from around 1950. We had a new roof put on in the mid noughties. I hope you can see the problem from the 2 pictures I have attached. I am wondering is this purely a plastering job or whether it is something bigger. I am pretty clueless in this area. Any…
