Interview with Pfizer

I applied for a scientist role at Pfizer and have an interview with the hiring manager.

My brother had to jump through a few hoops before he got near the hiring managers (production tech role), so I'm wondering why I'm not having to follow the same process.

Processes change over time, and can also be different between departments. There are usually fewer applicants to be screened for interviews in lab roles than in operative roles. if you have the matching qualifications already, then you’ve made their selection easier.

Why " wonder" about anything that's outside your control/ remit????????

    Best of luck in interview

Best of luck, I heard they're stiff competition. Could be really hard
