Sky on boards

    I got an email from their Customer Advisor Dept asking me about my recent experiance with Sky and would I give them some feed back,they also gave me a forum link but someone forgot to tell them it was closed 2 years ago . I wonder shold I ring them back,wait 23 minutes again and then give them all my username/password etc.

    They are a disaster.

    It's all very easy to add stuff to your package online.

    Last time I rang in may to cancel the sports for the summer I was waiting for 20mins then got through to someone he was 10minutes trying to persuade me not to downsize my package then when he realised I wasnt playing game he out me on hold and I never got sorted.

    Had to ring and wait another half hour to get through to someone.

    That was my whole lunch hour wasted on sky. I said I'm done with them after that. As soon as my contract is up in December I'm gone.
