Hi there,

Last week I requested a bank statement via my profile but I have not yet received it.

Because I have a visa appointment on Thursday, I am wondering to know the possibility of receiving it from the BOI branch in person.

Can we ask if you requested an up to date statement on your 365 app? If so, the statement should appear on your app after one full working day.

Please be assured the statement for your current account would appear on your 365 online after one working day. You can find the statement on the app by selecting your account and then the 'statements' tab. From there, you can save/print/send the statement.
