Do outside lights require a RCD/RCBO protection now?

Is there a clause where if light is a certain height or fixed to the building it is not required.

411.3.4 of I.S. 10101 requires lights to be protected by a Rcd.

Yes, but only for for "domestic premesis". This is a commercial installation.

Thanks for reply’s lads can anyone clear this up? I do remember something about if the light is fixed to the building it is not required or if the light is over a certain height.
