Aer Lingus broke our buggu

Can anyone help? We flew with @aerlingus a few weeks ago with our new baby. When we arrived back in Dublin we found our pram piled up among other complety torn apart, mishaped and damaged. Filled out a damage report at their desk and have heard nothing back. We have since both sat on the phone calling every number we can find with no success. I would consider it urgent as i have not been able to leave the house or take my baby for a walk. Can anyone point me in any direction?

Buy a new one, that's what you'll have to do anyway. You'll get compensated sometime

The airport might give you a free buggy from lost and found whilst you’re waiting to buy a new one (that you will be compensated for)

This happened to us in 2018 on the way back from Florida. Aer Lingus will ask you to buy a new one and send them the receipt.

nobody can say, we ve clearly no idea of the details, nor should we, we should assume the op is broke, hence the need to resolve the situation asap, and out of respect, not try to tell them, 'sort your own sh1t out'

I'd go out to the airport and doorstep them. Have some record on the phone of the amount of times you attempted to call them and got no reply back.

Be very polite, try not to lose your temper. They'll sort it out for you. Tell them your financial situation and as mentioned above they should be able to give you an uncollected one from Lost & Found in the meantime.

If you're desperate for one in the meantime then SVdP should be able to help out as well.

As frustrating as it is I'd be inclined to cut losses see if something comes of the form you have submitted, get a new one hold onto receipt they may reimburse you.

Airports, airlines ect in chaos at moment apparently lost/unclaimed baggage piled high in airports and flights cancelled need reschedule. I think those would take priority.

If you understandably can't/don't want to pay out again ask around friends, community sure plenty of people have pushchairs don't use anymore.

Worked for me with Ryanair. Just be very polite, be nice to them and bring all the evidence that you have of repeatedly failing to contact them.
