    I've produced some statistics from the Property Price Register which might be of use to some of you. Let me know if there is anything specific you would like to see. The dip in number of sold properties in recent months might be because they haven't been added to the registry yet, I'm not sure about that to be honest. I'm using Median Price rather than Average since I've noticed that sometimes a number of properties appear as a single entry in the registry and this can distort the average price. I could make a map of Ireland too based on the Routing Key in the property address (D1, D2, R32 etc).
