Snapchat permanently blocked

    Hi all any help with this matter I'd really appreciate it.

    I recently purchased my daughter an IPhone 11 refurb, for her birthday.

    The phone is working fine but when she added Snapchat, it's saying the device is permanently block, after doing a bit of searching on Google is says

    it's band the imei number, so the phone will never be able to reconnect to Snapchat. 

    obviously the parson who had the phone before us must have got it block.

    The phone was purchased a few weeks back so can't return it to the shop.

    any help with this I'd be very grateful.

    So its a few weeks old, I would still return it and tell them its missing functionality and you would like it swapped.
