Legal age for working is 14 as far as I know so that's fine. But there are restrictions around number of hours they can work in a week.

Are you looking for brainstorming ideas? Or actual specific jobs? I don't know of any specific jobs.. But I would recommend asking around the local food restaurants and pubs because a lot of them have basic kitchen jobs and he'd get a good education in there.

Kitchen porter is a tough job but there are always places looking for staff.

At your age they will be some restrictions on hours you can do but if you can work for Sunday carvery you would be very very welcome. It might be the busiest day of the week for some establishments

And OP if they ask you to help sort the empty bottles outside don't do it!! The wasps will get you 😱

A few shops around Blanchardstown Shopping center near TK Max had Hiring posters in the windows - Mr Price and a few others. Dont know what age they will accept though.

Also Mc Donald's are always looking for staff as the place there is so busy staff turnover there is high.
