Rail location for portrait panels

Hello Could someone please tell me where to mount the rail on a panel that is 1750 long. Is it 250 from top and bottom(500) leaving 1250 between rails?? Its a clamp mounting system and the panel is Longi LR4-60HPH-380M Thanks for your time
