Treadmill - Where to buy?

Hi there, I'm seeking advice as to where best to purchase a treadmill for a relative who has really gotten into fitness in a big way, does a lot of walking, is eating extremely healthy, has lost over 5 stone, thing is with our Irish weather, walking outdoors is not always practical. Hi there, I'm seeking advice as to where best to purchase a treadmill for a relative who has really gotten into fitness in a big way, does a lot of walking, is eating extremely healthy, has lost over 5 stone, thing is with our Irish weather, walking outdoors is not always practical.
I've looked online and have been advised that because my relative weighs 21 stone then the treadmill will need to be capable of this weight and many are not, limiting out at 15 stone etc.
The treadmills that do cater for this weight tend to be very expensive so what I'm looking for is to be pointed in the right direction, a store, a web store, a brand etc .
