3 DRS zones , but also shorter straights so might reduce some of the bouncing for those teams affect by it to a small degree.

I wish I could do a tour in PC simulation. Such a great track. Fast and the heavy chicane! I will watch the race a little bit on Sunday.

Looking at the map I'd love if they would change the DRS so it starts at the label for T11 and stops about halfway to the chicane. It's been 15 years, surely they can implement a system to close the flap without the brakes or driver's input? Have side-by-side action as someone gets a run but if they go alongside they lose the draft and have to stick it out and actually make a move.

With a possible grid penalty that looks unlikely though.

They May have to set the Car up differently here and I am not sure It has that in it , They really just focused on the Start-Finish Straight in BaKu and road blocked the other sections . ( A workable tactic for that Track/Race)

Stupid time to start at. I think all these evening races should be cancelled. In fact I have wrote to the FIA demanding it :)

I intend to keep sending them untill they either do that or make F1 Free to View for all again. I will be a thorn in there sides. I intend to increase the messages everyday untill they do one or the other.

Certainly makes things interesting for the weekend, Mercedes could be forced into a nerf and Leclerc will start in the midfield aswell as wet conditions also being potentially put into the mix, might be a non regular up on the podium Sunday?

Maybe they'll finally let them race in conditions were the full wets are necessary. 😅

It's a funny track for drainage. Being a man-made island and low-level it seems like water can sit for a while. It'll eventually drain/get absorbed but the water level around the track means there's not a huge gradient.

If it’s circuit dependant, they it could be a hot/cold solution for some, but it will not effect some teams at all due to them having been on top of the bouncing for a while now.
