Cartell Check Reliability

Did a recent car check which I think is ok. Just wondering how much peace of mind I can take from it. There's a warning on Import/Export but is that standard if car was originally registered in UK? It's a private sale and he told me orginally registered in UK. Had it on UK plates here before registering to Irish. No finance on it. And everything else looks OK. Just wondering what are the chances of something going wrong if check is pretty good? I know it could be crashed etc and not disclosed but just want to know how much peace of mind I can take from report if anyone has any thoughts, thanks.

Yes all will show UK flag like that if imported. Does it have a service history, that can be a good check to see how well the car is maintained. Has that seller owned it since it was imported, good sign if they have and it's over a year plus since they imported and not a quick sell on. At the end of the day a private sale is a private sale with pretty much zero comeback should something go wrong, you either take a gamble or pay to have someone look over it properly. A recent NCT is a plus.

Also if you can get the original UK reg if it was mainland UK you can view the fails/comments on all previous MOT's here, can give a good indication if the car had massive obvious fails on it each time that it was maintained on the absolute cheap...
