First of all, you're already less than 40 kg. You don't need to lose any more weight. However, if you're looking to improve your health and fitness, there are a few things you can do.

Focus on eating healthy foods. This means plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Make sure you're getting enough exercise. A combination of cardio and strength training is ideal. Cut back on processed foods and sugary drinks. These are empty calories that can sabotage your weight loss efforts.

Finally, be patient. Losing weight takes time, so don't get discouraged if you don't see results overnight. Stick with it and you'll eventually reach your goal.
