Can anyone give me a rough guide price for redoing work on a load bearing wall. It was knocked and supported a few decades ago but the work is not great and needs to be redone. Current needs to be knock and rebuilt. There is no structural damage and its still standing. No electrical or plumbing. Downstairs in 2 storey house. Also time frame for doing.
