Has anyone tried HITZone? They keep coming up in my Facebook feed. They claim the 25 minute training sessions are effective and suitable for anyone. I'm only getting back to fitness after a long (but victorious) battle with cancer.

I've no insight on HITZone but similar to the advice given to you in another thread I would focus on what you enjoy and that includes walking. Wonderful news on getting your health back after cancer and more power to you in whatever you try.
