Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was discussing this recently and was surprised when most people in the group said they bring their whole/true self to work.

I would have thought most people bring a heavily filtered of themselves to work, similar to how people present themselves in interviews. Am I wrong?

Depends on the job and how accepting the culture is. I worked in Big 4 and that was definitely a filtered version. But never as filtered as the job interview version as that's some sort of weird robot person.

Nowadays it's close enough to true self while still bring professional most of the time. I definitely prefer it this way.
