    I'm not exactly a fan of Roland Emmerich's films, but his 2019 "Midway" was on tv recently, and I found it to be a surprisingly enjoyable watch. It seemed to match up with all the facts I knew about the battle, but I'm no expert.

    The reviews were fairly poor when it came out, but I thought it was good.

    Interesting time, when the Japanese still had the initiative and resources to launch big attacks like this.
