Hi I am thinking of purchasing an AV receiver and floor standing speakers. My budget would be about 2000. It would mainly be used for movies. I was thinking about the Dali Oberon 5’s for the speakers possibly with the Dali Oberon vokal centre speaker. I’m not sure about receiver maybe the Denon AVC3700. I was just wondering if you recommend these or other product and what your best price would be.

The 3700 is a fantastic amp and it would be the one I would go for. Its now fully compatible with HDMI 2.1 for 4K@120Fps.

It would pair very well with the Oberon 5's and centre. I have demoed the 3700 with Oberon speakers many time here at the store.

I could offer the 3 items together for £1899 or 2280 Euro. Retails at £2077 / 2347 Euro.

If you wanted to blow your budget even further I could offer a fantastic deal on the 3700 paired with the Fyne Audio F501 and F500C.

The F501 retail at 1699 Euro

Thanks for your reply. I would also need speaker cables probably about 6-7 ft for each of the floorstanding speakers, less for the centre. I have hdmi cables. As I'm new to this could you let me know if there is anything else I would require to get up and running connectors or otherwise and what the price would be for the cables. Thanks.

I would recommend something like the QED Silver anniversary which is priced at 7.69 Euro per meter. - I could offer this at 5.00 Euro per meter.
