Lawn 6 mos old

Need some advice on a new lawn. New build house here and we put the lawn in last sept 2021. The back lawn is very patchy and yellow in some places and absolutely gorgeous lush thick green grass in other places, it really make no rhyme or reason. Very few weeds also.

Ive attached a pic of a little round area thats perfect grass and the surrounding grass is yellowish extremely slow to grow. Larger area of the lawn are like this not just this small area, perfect grass then grass that is really struggling.

All top soil was scrapped from the site in large mounds when building then reapplied when the house was finished and then seeded.

Im at a loss as to how to help the bad parts of the lawn as other parts are perfect.

Looks like a nutrient issue. Have you fed it?

Not yet, not sure what to feed with the nutrient deficiency.

It was fed by the landscaper when they put it down, I assume it was a very mild feed as was just seed at the time.

Where the grass is green there, there is probably better water retention in the soil underneath,loamy type soil and given the dry year so far that would be noticeable,no doubt fertilizer would green the rest of it no problem.

Throw some 7-6-17 on it.

Do ag stores sell 7/6/17 in manageable bags, my local only does them in ton bags.

In Galway if anyone can point me in the right direction.

All the agri stores here have it in 50kg bags.

You'd get 50 kg bags at coop stores...most sell singular if pallet already open...not too sure you'd get a lot of 7/6/17 at coop stores but a alternative would be 10/10/20 which they'd plenty of...€50+ each.
