BOI Premier Banking / Black Visa and Dublin Airport Lounge Access issue

    Hi,

One of the perks of your Premier Banking is access to DAA lounges at Dublin Airport. However, it appears that the DAA lounge in Terminal 2 in Dublin is permanently closed. Have you negotiated an alternative with DAA so that your Premier customers can still use this benefit while travelling through Dublin Airport to T2, specially on transatlantic flights?

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

Black Visa Debit card holders are entitled to complimentary lounge access in Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports, for up to two visits per annum. Visits are restricted to cardholders only. Access to Lounges and conditions of use are controlled by Dublin Airport Authority, Shannon Airport and Swissport Cork Airport and not Bank of Ireland – customers must adhere to these conditions at all times.

We are aware that the Terminal 2 lounge will remain closed until further notice but you can contact Dublin Airport Authority for any further advice on this.

We can pass on your feedback to the team and if you need to get in touch with our Premier team at any stage for further advice you can do so on the attached Premier - Bank of Ireland.

    Thanks,

    Declan
