Would it be really stupid to look for a job for just 8/9 weeks?

Working a pretty horrific summer hotel job. Haven't worked since Christmas. It's bad even by hospitality standards. I do actually enjoying waitressing but the management are just terrible.

I can only work 8/9 weeks anyway so maybe I should just suck it up, make some cash and dip, maybe use it to motivate myself to work harder. But life is short. Am I as well try somewhere else or is that pure cheeky? Would anyone even accept someone only working 2 months?

In the current climate, if you've solid experience, many places would be happy to have you for a couple of months.

No of course not. If anything, it will be 8/ 9 weeks worth of experience under your belt. Better than a gap on your CV employment history.
