Wtd: Zonda Disc axle conversion kit (thru to qr)

Long shot here but anyone bought zondas that came with the bits and pieces to convert them to qr and doesn't need them?

I have end caps for the rear but need them for the front (12mm to 9mm) and the spacers or whatever they'd be called to reduce from 142 to 135. Think there's a spacer required for the front too

Humprhies don't have them , say they tend to come with the wheels. Cycleclinic in UK has them and various places have one part but not the other.

Any front TA can be converted to QR using a standard adapter as they're both 100mm - e.g.

The back is more brand specific as you need to reduce width 142 to 135.
