I'm looking for a rare injector pump and it's out of stock with Autodoc, Winparts and any random website that has it listed.

While I emailed a bunch of places. Is there anywhere the sells discontinued Bosch parts while I wait for replies?

Just because those websites don't have them doesn't mean that it's rare or scarce, there's not enough stock movement to justify carrying them. Go Bosch authorised repairer route, Maybe repair or exchange unit. Corry Engineering in Longford is one off the top of my head, someone else in Cavan at them, around Virginia I think.

Did you try some local motorfactors?

I'd go to someone that specialises in diesel injectors, pumps etc. They more than likely are an authorised bosch repairer

I tried the 3 local motor factors. One had found it listed but doesn't think he can get it in.

Its off a small tractor and not many were built.

Specialists in the area might have stock, know what scrap vehicles it's used on, or be able to refurbish or know of a near equivalent. As suggested try specialists in the area and they may be able to help. Sometimes non Irish suppliers or specialists are needed

You'll have to be more specific about it,I'm afraid. Make & model of the tractor or more importantly model/serial number of the pump. Likely it's the same on something else. Put it on the farming forum rather than motors as it's a tractor might help too.

Did you search online using the Bosch part number. That injector pump would have been used on a wide range of vehicles. EBay is your best bet for refurbished pumps.

Might be worth having it rebuilt. I had a Bosch high pressure pump reconditioned a few years ago. It cost €240 + VAT.

That cheap navara pump to fix up was 1400 +vat and that about 10 years ago

I suppose it depends on what is wrong with it. My pump stopped working but it was a faulty valve in the pump that was the problem. If the pump was badly damaged it would be more.
