Useless app for poor sighted

My eyesight is bad and the iPad app is unscalable. Hence I have to ask a neighbour to log in for me – not a secure thing to do. I can use Boards.ie web site because it is scalable. I have complained about this before and always get the same answer ‘I will pass it on’ and nothing happens

Hi there,
Thanks for your post and sorry to hear you're having difficulty using the app.
We'd suggest switching on Accessibility settings on your device and use either Zoom or Voiceover.

Thank you Tara. I have appreciated that you have replied and have been endeavouring to use these accessories ever since but really it is too much for me. I have given up for now but will try again in a couple of weeks.
