JSB Suspended - awarded again

Hi everyone

I’m JSB - usually was paid on Tuesdays. Wasn’t paid Tuesday just gone as it was suspended. Sorted that yesterday and was told I’ll be paid tomorrow (Friday) and from then on, on Thursdays

For tomorrow’s payment, will I receive the amount I’ll have missed out on? Ie weekly payment is €208. Will I just get a flat €208 tomorrow or would I get the couple of days extra if that makes sense?

It's likely you'll get what was owed for period of suspension, basically your normal €208 and then normal payment from next week. Seems very quick to have resolved a suspension, have you checked your mywelfare account to see what it shows, any notifications etc.

Thank you for responding. It’s likely it was suspended for more than that but it was only the 1 ‘payday’ I missed. It was just me needing to go in to the office that I missed post for.

it’s back to ‘awarded’ on mywelfare anyway so it should be fine (and woman on phone today said I’d be paid tomorrow and then each Thursday after)

So I’ll just get the normal €208 you think? Would I technically not have missed a couple of days of payment in that case?

If as you mentioned you were not paid last Tuesday and only one payment not recieved, I'm thinking you'll just receive that missed payment and then back to normal next week. Basically it looks like your payment was suspended for one week but now rectified.

Cool thank you. I just can’t get my head fully around it!

We will say I was paid the Tuesday 12th. Not paid again then till Friday 22nd. Next pay again Thursday 28th and that day then onwards.

So I assume it looks like I’ve missed out on two days of pay technically unless I’m completely misunderstanding!

JSB is normally paid on Wednesday, so put that aside for a moment.

You normally seem to get paid on a Tuesday, you didn't get paid last Tuesday, discovered your payment was suspended, resolved that and they are now paying you tomorrow for the payment you should have got last Tuesday. Now your up to date and then return to normal next week. If you were not paid last Tuesday your owed 5 days = €208 which they said they'll pay you tomorrow.

Oh I could’ve sworn she said my weekly payment (bank account) will be Thursdays

If my payment returns to the normal day next week then I’d have no complaints!
