My daughters Irish licence expires next month how can she get it renewed but she lives abroad.

Has she got a public services card? If she does it can all be done online without even the need to take a photo.

I think one can only renew Irish licence once resident in Ireland, so if your daughter lives permanently abroad, then she just can't renew it here.
