    4.10 Beverley

Looks wide open this,, could have a handful of picks here, but i narrowed it down to three ,,

think Carter Cowboy ~ 3s gen is opposable here on overall form, and is yet to win, don't see why he's heading the betting,, Arranmore ~ 11/2 has never won beyond a mile and has an absence to overcome - looks vulnerable,, Urban War ~ 9/2 has never won beyond a mile or in a grade higher than a Class 5 - think he has the best chance of the three mentioned in this para, but the trip, i feel, will stretch him,,

    Onto the picks:

    CASILLI 6/1 Lads/Spoils e/w

Multiple course winner, goes well after an absence and won a lesser race over C & D around this time last year,, has been running over further lately, and should be staying on at the end anyhow

    POET'S DAWN 11/2 Boyles/Lads e/w

A three time C & D winner,, has been racing mainly in Class 2s and 3s the last year,, is down to a rating of 76 now, so this Class 4 should be more to his level,, has the benefit of a recent run and seems to be in fine fettle,, was unfancied when coming ninth of sixteen in a Class 3 over a slightly shorter trip at Redcar lto,, should be more at home under tomorrow's conditions

    ZIHAAM 18/1 gen e/w

absence is a big worry for this fella,, is well used to the course anyway with ~ 23 of his 53 runs all at the course,, is a C & D winner on softer ground at this level, and could perhaps be found wanting here,, wouldn't be surprised if he's out with washing,, can't rule him completely out tho,, an outsider pick this one ,, if i don't do him each way i'll go win only - just in case 😃

    gl 😊

    5.45 Kilbeggan

Another wide open looking affair,, three E/W against the field, don't see anything with strong claims in this

    LA HACIENDA ~ 20/1

Only 5yrs old with just the three runs, first time in NH hcap, went close over ~ 1m6f on the flat

    MAMMY SHARK ~ 66/1

Lightly enough raced for a seven year old,, second run after an absence,, no solid form to go on, but it's a poor race and will be her first run on ground officially (atm anyhoo) described as good,, pulled up two runs back but saw plenty of support that day at Limerick,, must be showing something

    MR MACPHISTO ~ 12/1

2nd run in a handicap, step up in trip and good ground should help

Light Up Our Stars should be favorite in 5:05 Chelmsford, won so easy over CD last time.

Also I fancy Stay Local 6/1 chances 6:30 Tipperary, she came up on my alerts as inconvenienced last twice, significantly up trip today, there might be more to come, PP pays 5 places in this.

Well done there, landing a treble.

I got money back on Stay Local which stays in the notebook - traveled wide throughout, stayed on towards the line. Few pennies up for Light Up Our Stars win in Chelms and that's it for the day, watching a few race replays before bed.
