Bought the wrong game....

    Anyone come across this before?

    Young fella has been saving up to buy the new skywalker saga lego game, all 70 squid for the deluxe version too.

    Asked me to buy it for him as he doesn't have a credit card so I searched for star wars lego and clicked the first one that matched the price.

    Unfortunately Force awakens deluxe edition has been bought and the young fella is distraught.

    I don't have the cash now to buy the other one, anyone had any luck getting refunds for this sort of thing? I'm happy for Sony to keep the money, just want to switch the product I bought? Sent an email to support but not sure how reliable that is?
