Small Claims Court - Address Advice

I've been getting the run around/ignored by KLM for a refund due to delayed flights.

They have received my refund claim, but despite me contacting them on multiple occasions, have always said they are investigating it thoroughly and to be patient. It's now been 4 months and patience has expired.

I purchased the flights from their .ie domain website.

They do not appear to have an Irish Incorporated branch of KLM, based on a CRO search.

They have a nominal address of, KLM, Dublin Airport, Ireland

On their website for customer service, they have a UK address for their legal department.

They are headquartered in the Netherlands.

Which address should I use so that the claim is not rejected? I would prefer if possible to use the Irish Small Claims Court instead of the EU one.

    Thanks
