Fix the Location pop-up

Can you please for the love of God, fix this location pop up. No matter what I click, this pop up is always coming back. Please fix this. Its been there since day one, and it is extremely annoying. It does not remember my choice. It always pops up when the app starts. My GPS is off, the pop up should not pop up when I click Do Not Ask Again.

Please fix this !

Is the pop up not coming from the phone operating system?

Ive seen others complain about it, and it only happens on the BOI app. The phone has no issues on other apps, ever, with this location setting pop up.

Yep, it's the boi app only. It's a pita.

Hi There,

Thanks for being so patient with us whilst we checked this out. Can we ask that you try the following to remove app location permissions to see if this works for you.

·       Go to “Setting” on their Android device

·       In “Setting”, click on “Apps”

·       In “Apps”, go to “BOI Mobile” and select “App Permissions”.

·       Disable “Location” permission for this app and launch app again

Please let us know how you get on with this.

Hi, when I switch it off it doesn't pop up anymore. But that is a workaround and not a fix.
