Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Hi, we live in a semi detached to a property that has been left vacant for quite some time. We have contacted the county council to report it, they have put a notice asking the landowner to have it clean up. 2 Months passed and still nothing, would anyone would know what would be their next steps ? We would be interested…

Hi, we live in a semi detached to a property that has been left vacant for quite some time. We have contacted the county council to report it, they have put a notice asking the landowner to have it clean up. 2 Months passed and still nothing, would anyone would know what would be their next steps ? We would be interested to purchase it but it seems that the current inheritant have issue getting a probate ?
