We have contacted the county council to report it, they have put a notice asking the landowner to have it clean up. 2 Months passed and still nothing, would anyone would know what would be their next steps ? Hi, we live in a semi detached to a property that has been left vacant for quite some time. We have contacted the county council to report it, they have put a notice asking the landowner to have it clean up. 2 Months passed and still nothing, would anyone would know what would be their next steps ? We would be interested to purchase it but it seems that the current inheritant have issue getting a probate ?
