Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Well, it looks as if mandatory sick pay is finally being introduced for all employees. It'll be 70% pay.... 3days in 2022, then increasing to 10days by 2026. Surely this is a GOOD / proper development bringing us more-or-less in line with most European Countries. There were many stories at beginning of pandemic of employees going to work even knowing they were symptomatic ......financially, sick days were a major blow....... hopefully, this new system will eradicate this issue of people turning up at work who clearly shouldn't be.
