Annual Car Rental Insurance

I used to have an annual policy with Insurance4Carhire.com for rental car excess insurance. Thanks to Brexit, they now only cover UK residents. An alternative I have found is https://cover4rentals.com/. Does anyone have experience with thiscompany or a similar service? Thanks!
