Travelling as party of 5. 2 x Adults both have boosters and cert for this so I assume we don't need anything further other than fill out FCS Form? 2 x Kids under 12 (2 and 7) again I am reading…

2 x Adults both have boosters and cert for this so I assume we don't need anything further other than fill out FCS Form?
2 x Kids under 12 (2 and 7) again I am reading all they need is FCS Form?
1 x Teen (14) he has had original 2 x Pfizer dose (last one last September) but didn't get booster as he got Covid but we didn't get a recovery cert. From what I am reading we need to get antigen test from test centre just before we travel and also fill out FCS form. Is this correct?
