Horrible Aer Lingus experience

    Hey guys, I have had a very stressful day today over my booking with aer lingus last October or so.

    Checked my confirmation email for my flights and they don't correspond at all with my online check in details.

    Rung the helpline twice to deal with this because the person at the other end of the phone kept my hanging so long that the call ended. This happened twice and I had to wait 27 mins to get through first time and 52 mins second time to get through.

    I sure as hell ain't ringing again.

    What should I do now guys?
